Even those who come from a low income group of the society, apartment rentals are available for their accommodation during tours in form of In-town suites, another form of low cost extended stay apartments in hotels in the United States. Since this class of low income group people forms a major part of the civil society today, the industry has become one of the fastest growing chains of hotel apartments in the United States.

There are at present 137 such chains of vacation apartments in form of In-town suites in 21 states of United States of America, and majority of them are located in the central and Southern part of the country. The unique feature of this chain of apartment hotels is that the charges are based on weekly occupation and not daily lodging. The rate is fairly affordable at around $149 to $299 per week. However, you get no discounts for stay below seven days period.

Such hotel apartments can also be used as a short term rental. The rates are highest in Chicago and lowest in the Atlanta areas. The apartment has a kitchen, a dining space and all of them provide one important facility of high speed internet access. Sometimes they also provide some additional accessories for your convenience like a hair dryer.

The only point of controversy with this type of holiday rental has been its treatment of guests that were found to be not in the highest orders in many instances.
