The purpose of exercising is to ensure that you keep a healthy weight, that is you should be neither overweight nor underweight as it could cause complications .A balanced diet should include at least 4-5 servings of fruit daily, oats, brown rice and whole wheat. If you want to take nutrients then iron, folic acid, vitamin B-12 are good for you.
Once you have started on healthy diet and good lifestyle, try to get rid of the unwanted stress as it affects fertility and if you are depressed try to get emotional support from your loved ones.
Of course, sex is the natural way of getting pregnant but having more sex doesn’t ensure that you’ll get pregnant. There are many ways to increase your chances. There are different sex positions that couples try. Usually, having sex with partner on top of you is considered to be a good way.
