I was working for a house painting company last summer and learned a lot. I really figured that painting was painting, and anyone could do it. I was wrong and interior painting is different than exterior painting. It took me about two weeks to learn all the different kinds and brands of paint that this particular company used. It then took me another week to learn which brushes and rollers to use for those different brands of paint.

The company that I worked for was known as the best interior painting company in our state. They had offices in nearly every county across the state. I was sent to a few different ones during the summer. It seemed that wherever they needed me to work, they would just call and then I would head to that office.

They both were on time for the appointments and they both seemed to be very knowledgeable on the subject. They answered all of my questions and left their estimates for me to look over.

I called my insurance company the next day to let them know that I had both of the estimates for them and they asked if I also had the estimate from the siding company. I had the siding company estimates about a week before the roof damage estimates so I faxed everything over and waited to hear back from them.

I knew that it would take a while to hear something back, but we were going on a month and no call back yet. I could live with the damage that was done to the siding but the damage that was done to the roof could cause it to start leaking at any time and I did not want that to happen.

My childhood home had wrought iron gates and wrought iron doors and I would love to have something like that installed at my house. I have looked at different websites, and have seen numerous styles that I like but I keep coming back to something that looks almost exactly like the ones from my childhood home.

I have called to order them a few different times and they always seem to be out of stock. When I hear that they are out of stock, I change my mind and then start thinking about how much they are and if I should really be spending this amount of money on something that I do not really need, but do really want.

I know that I will call again and if the wrought iron gates and wrought iron doors are ever in stock then I know that I will order them. I know that they will be worth every penny in the long run. Until then, I will just keep looking at them on the internet site and dreaming of the day that I finally have them. I will definitely use them if I need another paver job done or if I have another wood home restoration job that I need help with.

I bought a new home last month; I am so excited to start living on my own. This will be my first home.
